Safe and Sound Protocol

 I have been diagnosed with Complex PTSD and non specific anxiety disorder. In researching treatments that wouldn't just be a bandaid to my symptoms, but actually address the underlying issues I spoke to Michelle about how she might be able to help. The safe and sound protocol was just was I needed. I wasn't sure what to expect, but she guided me through the process step by step. I came to look forward to the time I spent listening. It helped me begin to tune in to my body and feel safe. It was a perfect compliment to the work I was doing with my counselor on cultivating my felt sense. Through the time I was doing the protocol, my panic attacks totally stopped and I was able to greatly reduce the supplements I was taking for anxiety and to help me sleep. I think this was a combined effect of counseling, SSP, and the amazing support Michelle provided. I knew she really cared about me and how I was doing. Having her walk through my healing journey with me has truly been a gift from God.
